About The Event

Entrepreneurs are important in our society. They have the vision and the drive to create economic growth - They are the visionaries who find new ways of doing things and continue to disrupt the status quo with their creative abilities and ‘can do’ attitude.

Current studies have shown us that it’s possible to learn the habits and characteristics of successful entrepreneurs.

In this workshop will examine the mindset of successful entrepreneurs and explore how we can develop some of these traits so we can be successful in our own business. We will also look at some business models and tools that we can use to develop our business ventures

This is a practical workshop and there will be hands-on exercises to ensure that you will be applied to apply the new knowledge to your own business ventures

Aims and Objectives:

Participants will:

• Understand the Entrepreneur mindset and it’s importance at the ‘start up’ stage

• Understand the term ‘Entrepreneurship’ and the skills necessary to transform ideas into a reality

• Identify and develop the Entrepreneurial skills that you already have

• Understand the different business models that drive modern business ventures

• Explore the challenges faced by Entrepreneurs and how to overcome them

Facilitator:

Mo Obadina is a multi-award winning business coach, trainer, and speaker.

She has been helping entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses for over 15 years.

Mo is the creator of the One Page Business Map that details the key steps to starting a business with vision, objectives, and marketing plans.

Mo currently teaches Enterprise and Entrepreneurial Management on the MBA programme at London Southbank University.

She also runs her own consultancy, where she helps entrepreneurs to grow their businesses through mentoring, coaching as well Social Media management and marketing.

Mo is also a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Author of the book “Unleash Your Business MOJO!”

A step-by-step guide that will take you from concept to a full-fledged execution of your business.
